  • In the Premium Undercover Storage Shed, there are three storage length options:

    6 lineal meters = $36 per week

    8 lineal meters = $48 per week

    10 lineal meters = $60 per week

    @ 2.5 lm width

    In the Outdoor Storage area, the rate is $20 per week.

  • Storage is available for as little as two weeks.

  • Yes, you can rent and pay on a monthly basis. You are not locked into a time period contract.

  • Payment is set up by direct debit through Ezipay from your nominated bank account or credit card.

  • Bookings can be made up to 3 months in advance, if you would like to book outside of these dates, please contact our office.

  • Yes, there is once off admin fee of $25, and one month deposit required. The deposit is refundable at the end of the period, less any outstanding fees.

  • Yes, the remainder of your booking payment will be refunded for the days not used. Less any outstanding fees.

  • Yes, you can set up a weekly, monthly, six monthly or annual direct debit payments.

  • We do not offer any insurance. It is a requirement of the owner to arrange their own insurance. Uninsured vehicles will not be accepted.

    Uninsured goods and materials will be stored at the owners own risk.

  • There are no rubbish bins on site. All vans/vehicles are to be cleared of rubbish and food items before being stored. Should your van/vehicle need to be cleared of perishables prior to storage, fees will apply.

  • There is no waste dump point on site.

    There are waste dump points located around Toowoomba at these locations, or at the Toowoomba Show Grounds, this has a fee of $5.

  • We offer, 24hr security cameras, locked access points and caretaker on site.

  • We do not have access to the inside of your vehicle unless you have a cleaning or servicing agreement with us. These will be secured in a locked storage safe.

  • As often as you like. Outturns and returns need to be booked in advance (48 hours notice).

  • Access outside of business hours of 9am to 5pm can by special request.

  • We store all types of vehicles, equipment, plant and machinery, and miscellaneous items. For example: Pallets, Jetski, Boat, Trailer, ATV, Cars, Caravan, Bus, Truck and Plant Equipment. Please call if your item is not listed.

  • The Storer must not store hazardous, illegal, stolen, flammable, explosive, environmentally harmful, perishable or living goods or goods that are a risk to the property of any person.

    In addition, unless specifically itemised and covered by insurance, the Storer must not store goods that are irreplaceable, such as currency, jewellery, furs, deeds, paintings, curios, works of art and items of personal or sentimental value.

    The storage facility is not responsible for the loss of items.

  • Yes we do.

  • If you have decided to store a caravan, camper or mobile home, you will need to prepare your van appropriately. Here are some quick tips for storing your van:

    1. Remove all food items from your fridge and cupboards and clean them. To prevent mould, mildew and nasty odours, leave fridge and cupboard doors open.

    2. Empty and clean the waste toilet.

    3. Disconnect and turn off gas cylinders.

    4. Isolate the batteries.

  • Yes. By being undercover you can avoid: hail, water damage, dust and UV damage to name a few. In addition, storing your item undercover may lower your insurance premiums.

  • Yes you can. The cover/tarp is to be fitted to the vehicle at the time of drop off. No free standing shelters can be erected.
